Questions
Is this just background removal?
It removes the old scene and puts the product in a new studio environment, which is what most catalog shots need. It is not a transparent PNG cutout tool.
Can I pick something other than white?
Yes. Use the default white studio or describe marble, wood, lifestyle, or another set.
